From improving incentive programs and modernizing land use ordinances to “making land” to meet incessant industrial space demands in the port region, priorities for incoming Governor Phil Murphy and the new Legislature will be the focus of this special program packed with industry experts.  You will learn about NAIOP NJ's public policy recommendations for the new administration, and hear detailed reports from the Smart Growth Economic Development Coalition's transition working groups, largely comprised of NAIOP members. Cancellation policy: By registering for this event, you agree to our payment and cancellation policy. Non-members must pay in advance. Refunds will not be given on registrations canceled within three business days of the event. If you must cancel, please submit your cancellation in writing to giaquinto@naiopnj.org. Only cancellations submitted in this fashion and at least 3 business days prior to the event will be honored.
